The Art Academy of Cincinnati is pleased to host the 2012 Midwest Regional Conference. The conference will offer sessions of artist talks, panels, lectures and workshops. In connection with FotoFocus, a month-long celebration of photography, tours of exhibitions will be part of the programming. The conference will be structured with sessions in the first half of the day and tours (including transportation) for the second half of the day. An exhibition announcement is planned at fotofocuscincinnati.org in late May.

To celebrate the 50th year of SPE, we honor the past, present and future of image making. Conference session topics and exhibitions will cover many decades and genres of photography.

Calls for submissions and registration information will be available in early 2012.
